I reeeeeeeeealy like projects like this that repurpose one structure for another. I've seen churches into residential homes and clubs, and the famous Sealand. Here in Vancouver they turned an old train roundhouse into a community centre. This one is an old cement factory that's been turned into a loft. Really beautiful
